- Hands-on experience shipping real AI systems, agents, or automations, not just demos. - Strong workflow automation experience in n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar orchestration tools. - Strong GitHub discipline. Public or shareable GitHub work is required for this process. - Comfort with AI coding environments such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent tools. - Ability to connect APIs, structure data, write lightweight scripts, and debug broken workflows. - Clear written communication across time zones. You can keep stakeholders informed without meetings for everything. - Business judgment. You ask what outcome the workflow should create before choosing tools.
