3+ years in a role built around synthesis and structured thinking — strategy consulting, an internal strategy/insights function, or a closely comparable background where the core skill was turning large amounts of complex information into a clear recommendation. Demonstrated hands-on experience building with AI tools — not just using ChatGPT day-to-day, but having actually shipped something (an internal tool, a prototype, a side project) using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, or similar. Be ready to show it, not just describe it. Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish. Based in Latin America , with the flexibility to work in real time with a team spanning Argentina and Uruguay. Comfortable working without a fully defined brief. This role is inherently ambiguous at the start — the ability to bring structure to an undefined problem is part of the job, not a gap to fill in later.
