Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit Ads, ASA preferred) Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Analytical mindset comfortable working with data and spreadsheets Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role Familiarity with Google Sheets, ClickUp (or similar PM tools) & Slack Excellent written communication skills Previous media buying experience is a requirement Success in this role means: Fill out all internal reports on time and have them ready for strategic meetings Completing reports and assigned tasks consistently and accurately Demonstrating growth in understanding of media buying strategy and execution Taking initiative to identify optimizations and improvements to campaigns Providing reliable support to the media buying team to help drive better client outcomes
