Fluent in English and Spanish — both spoken and written. Ideally, at least one year of recruiting experience in the United States, preferably recruiting healthcare, home care, caregivers, HHA, CNA, or other direct-care professionals. Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable speaking with candidates, clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Professional, friendly, patient, and compassionate communication style. We are willing to train the right candidate. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) This is a remote position, but candidates must be able to consistently work during the required Eastern Time schedule. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations with potential caregivers and clients. You should be confident, organized, personable, and able to learn our recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and customer service processes.
