Significant hands-on and consulting experience with Braze Experience managing enterprise Braze implementations or mature Braze environments Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing, CRM, personalization, segmentation, and cross-channel engagement Experience with customer data, event tracking, identity management, and consent management Working knowledge of APIs, SDKs, webhooks, JSON, SQL, and data pipelines Experience leading technical teams, agencies, vendors, or implementation partners Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and delivery plans Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills
