• Solid hands-on experience managing production MS SQL Server databases. • Working knowledge of Azure (AWS experience is a plus). • Comfortable working day-to-day on Windows Server; Linux familiarity is a plus. • Conversational English — you’ll work daily with US-based and global teams. A learning mindset. Oracle, Infrastructure as Code, or experience in a regulated environment are all nice to have — none are required. AI steering & leverage • Comfort using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, or similar) to work more efficiently on operational tasks. • Bonus if you’ve used an AI assistant in real operational or engineering work — bring an example if you have one. • We value the judgment to verify AI output before acting on production, not just familiarity with the tools.
