8+ years of total technical experience in data engineering, analytics, or enterprise data platforms, including 3+ years in a dedicated data architecture or technical lead role. Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns, including Lakehouse, data warehouse, dimensional modeling, and semantic modeling. Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Working knowledge of Power BI architecture and data governance concepts, including metadata, lineage, security, and compliance. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business strategy into architecture roadmaps. Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, required for daily collaboration with U.S.-based teams and client-facing engagements. Valid passport and up-to-date travel documentation for the United States, as occasional international travel may be required depending on client and project needs.
