2-4 years of experience in estimating, quoting, operations, or procurement Familiarity with estimating tools, quoting platforms, or ERP systems Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment on when to escalate Clear and concise communication skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality High level of ownership, drive, and consistency under pressure Proficiency in Micro You’ll collaborate closely with senior estimators and team leads while taking full ownership of your performance.
