Based in or near Punta del Este / Maldonado, Uruguay Able to work in person a couple of days per week Strong written and spoken English Some hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reporting Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn Able to work quickly and take feedback Bonus: video editing experience with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools Bonus: experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Veo, Seedream, or similar Bonus: experience with e-commerce, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or paid media Bonus: experience creating short-form video ads What we look for in this role: curiosity, fast execution, and a strong willingness to improve. You will learn directly from an experienced senior media buyer while supporting launches, performance checks, and creative iteration.
