You have 5+ years building software and have shipped products end to end, not just tickets. You have worked at a startup where the job was whatever needed doing that week. You write TypeScript and Node without hesitation and you are comfortable in React. You have pulled data out of other systems, through APIs or scraping, and you know what breaks: rate limits, auth, blocks, and dirty data. You live in Claude Code or Codex, and you have opinions about where those tools help and where they do not. You have real things you've built outside of work, projects we can actually open and try, backed up by an active GitHub. You speak and write fluent English, work without supervision, and keep a small team in the loop without being asked.
