We need a candidate with real, hands-on experience administering Magento 2 production servers. You should be comfortable operating in the full stack of infrastructure, security, and performance for an online storefront. Magento 2 production experience: proven track record managing Magento 2 in live environments. Linux & AWS expertise: strong daily experience with Linux administration and AWS services. Web stack proficiency: solid knowledge of Nginx, PHP, MySQL, Redis, Varnish, and OpenSearch. Security & edge protection: ability to configure Cloudflare and AWS WAF correctly and safely. Incident readiness: you can monitor systems, diagnose root causes, and resolve issues quickly. Performance mindset: you proactively look for bottlenecks and implement improvements that measurably increase speed and stability. Reliability practices: you manage backups, updates, logs, and alerting responsibly. Traffic protection: you can prevent bots and attacks while avoiding false positives that impact real customers. Collaboration: you work effectively with Magento developers and can explain server-side constraints and recommendations. Soft skills we value: we prefer proactive problem solvers who can work independently, document decisions clearly, and communicate status updates calmly during incidents. Full-time availability is required.
