QA Engineer (Automation)

Experience: 3+ years in a QA or SDET role on a SaaS product. Black-Box Testing: Strong instincts for functional testing, exploratory testing, user flow validation, and edge case identification. White-Box Fundamentals: Comfortable reading code, contributing to unit/integration test coverage, and collaborating with developers at the code level. JavaScript Proficiency: Hands-on experience with test automation in JavaScript (Playwright, Cypress, or similar). API Testing: Experience testing REST APIs via Postman, pytest, or equivalent tooling. Data Awareness: Familiarity with MongoDB or complex data structures where accuracy is non-negotiable. The Right Mindset: You thrive in a startup environment. You are analytical, detail-obsessed, and take initiative to find problems before users do. English Proficiency: Fluent enough in English to communicate clearly with the team in writing and video calls (B2+ level or equivalent professional experience).
