We’re looking for someone who can thrive on the phone all day and turn warm conversations into closed deals. Required: Sales experience (B2B is a plus) Clear American-sounding accent (non-negotiable). You’ll be speaking directly with U.S. professionals. Comfortable on the phone throughout the day Self-driven, reliable, and organized Bonus (not required): Tax/accounting knowledge—if you already understand tax operations, you’ll ramp faster, but we will train you. How we work: We care about outcomes, not busywork. Be ready to take ownership of your leads, follow up consistently, and maintain clean CRM notes. Soft skills that matter: trust-building communication, calm confidence under time pressure, responsiveness, and strong follow-through.
