SAP Success Factors Payroll Security

We need an SAP professional with proven experience in SAP GRC and the ability to manage SuccessFactors security in a payroll context. You should be comfortable working in the SAP ecosystem and translating governance requirements into practical, reliable access controls. Required skills & experience Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors security , including role/permission management related to payroll or payroll-adjacent processes. Experience with SAP GRC concepts and security/compliance practices in an SAP environment. Ability to manage access requests, validate role assignments, and troubleshoot authorization gaps. Strong understanding of security fundamentals (least privilege, segregation of duties concepts, and audit readiness). Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT Security, and system owners). Soft skills Ownership mindset: we expect you to take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
