5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics and digital analytics implementation. Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Analysis Workspace. Strong experience with Adobe Launch / AEP Data Collection. Experience with Adobe Web SDK and Adobe Mobile SDK. Strong understanding of conversion funnels, customer journeys, KPIs, and digital measurement. Experience building development, QA, and post-production monitoring dashboards. Experience implementing and troubleshooting pixels, tags, events, and conversion tracking. Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, data layers, cookies, local storage, and session storage. Ability to troubleshoot analytics issues across Web and Mobile. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle the complete analytics lifecycle across Web and Mobile — understand business measurement requirements, validate Mobile SDK implementations, build Adobe Analytics dashboards, and monitor production data. The person should be capable of independently identifying whether an issue originates from the application implementation, Launch/Mobile SDK configuration, Edge/Datastream setup, data collection, or Adobe Analytics reporting and work with the appropriate teams to resolve it.
