5+ years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, or related technical roles. Hands-on ML experience: model building, training, validation, and deployment — with strong independent technical judgment, not reliance on AI-generated solutions. Experience working with cloud-based data environments such as AWS, ideally including S3, Glue, SageMaker, Lambda, or Redshift. Proven experience connecting AI/ML systems to cloud infrastructure Strong analytical and reporting capability including ad hoc analysis, insight generation, and data storytelling — including to non-technical audiences. Experience working with messy, real-world behavioral data, ideally financial or transactional in nature. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or regulated data responsibly (PII, financial records, or equivalent) Ability to learn new business domains quickly and apply ML solutions in unfamiliar contexts. B2 English level or higher.
