Senior Process Analyst (Flow Engineering)

7+ years of experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related operational improvement role, including experience leading initiatives end-to-end. Proven track record leading process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating complex findings into clear business recommendations. Advanced experience with process mapping and workflow design tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills. Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional teams, and manage multiple senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, required for daily collaboration with U.S.-based teams and client-facing engagements. Valid passport and up-to-date travel documentation for the United States, as occasional international travel may be required depending on client and project needs.
