Technical Implementation Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years in SaaS or ERP implementation, digital product delivery, or a similar client-facing technical role (required). 2+ years of proven experience in software configuration and troubleshooting, using low-code tools, integrations and workflow automation (required) Strong ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and systems. Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities at the same time. Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset. Experience in startup or healthcare environments is a plus. Fluency in English (C1) and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Available to work in a hybrid work model.
